Reservations


    Gyotaku Restaurants accept reservations for lunch parties on Sunday through Saturday only and for dinner parties Monday through Thursday only (except holidays). Seating on Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 4 PM and all day on Holidays is on a first come, first serve basis. Parties may send someone ahead early to get on the waiting list. However, parties cannot be seated until at least half of the party is present. All parties and reservations for 8 or more are subject to a gratuity of not less than 16%.
 

Party Rooms and Party Menus

    Exclusive use of any of our party rooms is available to parties of 20 or more that select complete meals or buffets from our Restaurant Party Menu. Party minimum guarantees must be finalized 72 hours in advance. Gyotaku reserves the right to relocate a party within the restaurant if the guarantee increases or decreases significantly or other circumstances dictate relocation.
    Over-bookings will be accommodated on a reasonable basis without guarantee that seating or the same menu will be available.
    Party guests must park in designated parking areas. Double or triple parking may apply. Certain parties may be required to pay for supplemental valet or supervised parking.
    Gyotaku will take reservations for breakfast and early morning meetings or seminars for groups and businesses. Special menus and/or room fees will apply.
    Reservations for parties may be accepted on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings under the following conditions:
  • The party must be for 20 or more and is required make a selection from our party menu.
  • The maximum amount of combined party reservations cannot exceed 70. We will not accept reservations for any party that will make the total reservations for a weekend night exceed 70.
  • The function must end by 7:00 PM.
  • A room fee of $2 per person per 15 minutes will apply to the guarantee count of all parties that stay past 7:01 PM (The host is required to sign an agreement and provide a credit card number with the expiration date when the party is booked in order to guarantee the function and to ensure payment of the extended time fee.)
