Private and semi-private parties only available on the 2nd floor
No elevator (two flights of stairs with approximately 10 steps each and a landing between flights)
Stairs with railings
Bathrooms on 1st & 2nd floor. Family + Handicap Restroom 1st floor only
Time allotment: 90 minute dining experience for those seated on the first floor
Highly recommend that parties are complete before being seated.

Private Room Reservations

Closed Thanksgiving Day

Due to increased demand, guests wishing to reserve a private room must guarantee a guest count for at least 80% of the room seating capacity, and order from the Party Bento Menu in order to secure a guaranteed private room reservation.

Some rooms that have multimedia capability can be made available to guests at no charge, provided they meet the Private Room requirements for that room.

At management's discretion, regular reservations may be seated in private rooms, provided the rooms are not previously guaranteed.

A cake or present table may be provided upon request, based on availability and space.

FAQs

May guests bring outside food into the restaurant?

No. Outside food is not allowed with the exception of a cake which is subject to a charge of $1 per guest to cover the cost of plates and flatware. Cake fee is waived on parties ordering from the Party Menu.

Can we bring our own alcoholic beverages?

Provided that it is not offered on our menu, guests may bring their own wine and sake, which is subject to a $20 per 750ml & $40 per 1.8 liter bottle Corkage Fee. Beer and spirits are not permitted to be brought by guests.

Is the Party Bento Menu required?

The Party Bento Menu, or guarantee to meet the minimum meal period check requirement, is necessary in order to reserve exclusive use of our party rooms. The Party Bento Menu is highly recommended for all parties of 20 or more, when quick service time is important to the host and/or guests. It can be very time consuming to take individual orders for large parties, and even more difficult to serve all meals at the same time.

May we bring decorations or party favors?

Yes, decorations and party favors are allowed; provided they do not require tape, staples, thumbtacks, or anything that may mar, mark, or damage the restaurant. Easily removable ties, clips, and strings are recommended to hold signs, balloons, etc. Cake and gift tables are available for reservations that order from the Party Bento Menu upon request, and subject to space and availability.

What if our party count increases or decreases; may we keep our reservation?

Please inform us if there are any changes to your party size. Our staff will do their best to accommodate parties with additional guests. We reserve the right to relocate a party with exclusive use of a party room if the reservation guarantee increases or decreases significantly.

Are down payments, credit cards holds, or deposits needed?

No, we do not require deposits, but do appreciate notice of any changes to better accommodate reservations.

Can we stay passed the 2-hour time allotment?

Guests with earlier reservations will be required to comply with the 2-hour time allotment in order to accommodate guests with later reservations. Any changes will be at the discretion of the manager. A rate of $3 per hour per person (50 cents per 10 minutes) is suggested to compensate for lack of ability to seat additional guests.

What time do you stop seating? (…does the restaurant close?)

Currently, guests will be seated until 8 pm daily at all locations.

Can reservations with exclusive party room use come early to set up?

Guests may arrive early to set up and decorate at the discretion of the manager/host(ess).

Do you charge a room fee?

A minimum room fee of $350 will apply to groups that make breakfast party reservations at our King Street restaurant. The fee can be applied to food and beverage service. The same fee will be applied to private room reservations approved by the manager during off peak hours.

Are your restaurants wheel chair accessible?

Yes, all restaurants are handicap accessible with the exception of King Street’s 2nd floor dining area and party rooms. Every effort will be made to accommodate parties with limited mobility guests on the King Street 1st floor dining room.

If we have a little less than 20 people, can we still get the Party Bento Menu?

Yes, the Party Bento Menu is available for parties of 8 or more.

When do Parking Arrangements or Valet Parking Fees apply?

Due to limited parking, for very large parties at our Pearl City and King Street restaurants, guests may be required to double park in designated stalls (30 or more) and/or pay a nominal fee for a valet lot attendant (50 or more).
